Valet Parking

We offer a wonderful valet parking service at a charge of NZ$45.00 per vehicle, per 24 hours. When you arrive to the hotel, our fantastic team of porters will be at your door, ready to assist with your luggage and park your car, so that you may head straight into the hotel to enjoy your stay. We happily guarantee valet parking for all in house guests.

This service is also available for all visitors to the hotel, whether you be attending a conference, coming for a meal, or visiting our delightful gift shop. We do not take bookings for our valet parking, as all those who are not staying in house, are served on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note valet parking is available for all standard sized vehicles, without trailers or other attachments. We are unable to accept large vans, trucks or motorhomes, as we cannot guarantee space for these vehicles.

Self-Parking

Should you wish to park your own vehicle, or if our valet parking is full, there are a number of public carparks within the vicinity, offering pay and display parking. Please click here for more information.

The most popular option the Wilson carpark off Liverpool Street, which is adjoining to the hotel, and the lift connects to the lobby level. The Liverpool St car park offers a pay and display option of $10.00 per vehicle, per hour, up to a maximum of $35.00 for 24 hours.

This service is operated by Wilsons parking, so rates are subject to change without notice to the hotel. Pay and display machines are located on floors 1-5 directly outside the elevators. The machines accept coins, however are unable to provide change. Credit Card payment is also accepted, where a 60c surcharge will apply.
