All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST of 15%.
Registrations paid by credit card, will appear on your statement as Composition Ltd (Conference Organisers).
If full payment is not received by Friday 30 July 2021, your registration fee will be automatically changed to the standard fee.
Shared registrations are not permitted.
The Organising Committee reserves the right to refuse entry for any delegate registration.
The information supplied on your registration may be shared and used by dapaanz, unless you advise in writing to the Organising Committee your name will be included in the list of conference participants distributed to delegates and sponsors.
We understand that circumstances can change. At any point, prior to the Conference, you are welcome to contact us in writing (firstname.lastname@example.org) to nominate a replacement delegate at no extra charge. A full refund less a $100 service fee will be issued for cancellations received on or before 08 August 2021. No refunds will be issued after 08 August 2021. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.
If you are not permitted into the region due to restrictions around a change in alert levels and provided the Conference is proceeding as a face-to-face event, you will be provided with a refund less costs already incurred.
No refunds will be provided for any cancelled accommodation, airfares or other related expenses for your travel to the Conference.
It is your responsibility to arrange insurance to cover medical, travel and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances. We strongly recommend that you do have insurance to cover these possible eventualities.
